Supported small business with their single and multi-server environments. Such businesses were doctors offices, auto repair and architecture organizations. This was a very dynamic role for me and it offered many challenges.

Primary technical contact for all business technical needs, workflow development, and telecom projects. I was responsible for BackupExec, RightFax, VMWare, and Captaris Workflow; during which time I was able to lower the number of hardware servers required by merging majority of the systems into a VMWare environment. The Captaris Workflow is or was not a out of the box solution so a lot of programming was required which is where I got my first experience with VB.NET.

Responsible for all global deployments of RCP’s into different wireless carriers. I was responsible for giving presentations to Chief Technical Officers, Vice Presidents, and System Administrators where I had to demonstrate how the product would interact with their current infrastructure and what requirements would be needed by the current LAN /WAN environment. Once purchased or trialed I was responsible for installing the system and then maintaining it locally or from long distances.
