This helps me understand engineering challenges and clearly and effectively communicate between the team and other stakeholders.I became a certified Unbeatable Coach due to my passion for growth and self-mastery. I love helping people become mentally tough and emotionally resilient while living an uncommon life where the impossible becomes possible. I leverage my critical coaching skills to help strengthen team cohesion and inspire collaboration through empathetic listening, optimizing performance, and focusing on increasing well-being.I have always sought opportunities to learn and grow throughout my life and career. I believe we are never done learning, and I approach every new problem with child-like excitement because I know it is an opportunity to learn something new and grow as a human being.
