To work as part of the training team of Selwyn’s. Deliver a driver training program in line with driver CPC requirements and company program in both classroom and field-based environments in Runcorn and Manchester Depots.30/45 Day Post Qualifying Driving Assessments for both National Express and Private Hire. Carry out 6 Monthly indirect driving assessments along with 2-year Defensive Driving Assessments.Work towards reducing accident damage. Carry out accident investigation and interview drivers as requiredMaintaining Driver Training Records/Including Databases for Management & Approve Driver List (ADL).Tachograph Compliance and De-Briefing, Investigation of drivers for failure to complete duties.Investigation CCTV/DriveCam footage on both National Express and Private Hire Drivers.Development Action Plans for drivers who receive customer complaints.Issuing Staff Notices. Quality Control of Walk-Round Checks Audits (Covert & Overt)Responding to Excellent Essentials Audits carried out on our drivers by National Express.Keeping all records up to date for annual National Express 8.4 Compliance Audit.

Also drive on behalf of local authorises which takes me from my town of Wrexham to the surrounding counties of Flintshire, Denbighshire, Conwy and Gwynedd and over the English border to Deeside, Cheshire West & Chester, Cheshire East, Warrington and into Greater Manchester. Alongside these duties provide private coach trips, rail replacement, cruise transfers, and co-operate events making sure that they arrive in a safe and timely manner.
