Web development focused university club with over 400+ members that hosts programming bootcamps and holds projects with companies and other clubs. Responsibilities:• Coordinate with university student groups and lecturers for administrative duties. • Arrange web design meetings and events of WDCC. • Tutor students in our bootcamp/workshop events.Projects undertaken:• Membership system project for the Auckland Students Pool Association (ASPA) for more efficient and organised membership sign-ups and payments. Developed using the CodeIgniter framework with PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, with agile methodologies (Scrum) such as fortnightly Sprint meetings.

ecoPortal delivers a cloud-based platform transforming health & safety forms into an integrated modern management system.• Redesigned and redeveloped ecoPortal's Health & Safety Self-Assessment Tool using a full-stack of MySQL, Express, React, Node.js. • Built Restful API's with Express and Node.js to GET data from/POST data to the SQL database. • Modernized the user interface of the Self-Assessment to create more interaction between the users and the application on the frontend with React. • Backend components were created with AWS Lambda, and frontend was hosted on Amazon S3. • Agile processes such as daily stand-up meetings were undertaken.• Configured the ecoPortal software in the Implementation and Client Success teams to satisfy clients using Lisp. Clients included BNZ, Fisher and Paykel, Mainfreight and Briscoes.
