CurrentAlmost the same role as my former role as a Solutions Consultant at Canon Netherlands, only now in a small dedicated Information Management Company:- Supporting Sales in presenting the proposed solution- Demonstrate the capabilities of Docspro's existing software portfolio and / or partner products that relate to the chosen solution- Supporting Sales in the preparation and implementation of cost estimates for proposals and tenders (tenders / RFP's)- Identification of the situation and registering bottlenecks regarding the prospects technical infrastructure, information flows , processes , management design and application usage- Designing a solution consisting of hardware / software products and (management) services from Docspro , third parties and / or to develop new software products and the realization of this solution with sales in a proposition.- Making an assessment of the required resources , services, products and (managed) services which are necessary for the realization of the proposed solution to the prospect- Supporting Marketing with the introduction of new products, services (managed) services, expo's, seminars , selection of partners , etc - Remaining up to date of knowledge relating the Docspro portfolio , partner products , IT / document environments , competitor products and market trends to be able to be a full partner for influencers and decision makers with customers.- Organizing workshops with customers and prospects to create the best possible functional design e.g. using BPM tooling.- Taking the Project Leader role when a proposed solution is implemented at a customers site.
