Responsible for the school district's early learning programs including parenting education birth through kindergarten, preschool for children age 2 - kindergarten entry and the before and after school care programs.Responsibilities include growing a self supporting operation with a 2 million dollar budget; employing, coaching and encouraging one hundred employees; and serving nearly 1000 children and families. Oh, and always being mindful of the joy inherent in working with children and families.

Responsible for all areas of operating a self supporting before and after school care program for 18 elementary schools including budget, hiring, professional learning, curriculum, enrollment, and remembering to make it meaningful for students.
