Marty brings over 25 years of professional experience to his clients. His consulting and business experience span multiple industries including manufacturing, chemicals, oil & gas, aerospace & defense, discrete and configurable products as well as consumer packaged goods. Since the 1990’s, he has assisted clients to successfully accomplish large-scale technology and organizational change, including numerous enterprise-wide efforts for both large and emerging enterprises with IT solutions from ERP to Cloud. Throughout his career, Marty has specialized in project and program management, process redesign, deployment management, and business case determination and approaches for attaining value from large scale, technology-enabled initiatives. He also developed the transformation methodologies and approaches at Bp for their Cloud Migrations to AWS & Azure. His functional experience spans the product development, supply chain, order fulfillment, service delivery, IT/digital and asset management functions.
