Institutional end users – providing reports regarding consumption of site content so that consumers can alter purchases to maximize value.- Work to set team priorities and roadmaps that are in alignment with customer demands.- Provide architectural and technical leadership for major initiatives.- Estimate effort, assign resources and create/execute monthly iteration plans in cooperation with development team members.- Adjust iteration plans to flexibly support important business reprioritization needs.- Develop business cases for capital development projects including scope, key deliverables, estimated costs and timelines.- Manage ongoing technical operational support: Review with team the daily operational execution and overall health of the system. Review/plan software and hardware infrastructure upgrades with system engineers on Operations team. Involved in security updates and system performance reviews. Work with Enterprise Architecture group to align direction with overall corporate initiatives.
