Within my current employment as a Electrical Network Technician within Independent Power Networks. My main roles consist of: * To work on Live & Dead LV Waveform Cable * Support Electrical Network Engineers* Liaise with other Network Technicians and incident teams, Network Engineers, Construction partners, customers, and other third parties as and when required• Undertake fault location and restoration under direct supervision;* Carry out routine and non-routine maintenance and inspection on the networks and to undertake remedial works;* To ensure that all work is undertaken in compliance with the relevant Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and requirements; * Record and Report information to enable all relevant records to be updated and maintained to ensure safe operation and integrity of the network* Where requested to carry out planned works (network diversions, reinforcements, new build, and street furniture)* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including but not restricted to Customers, Local Authorities and Contractors

During my employment within Networks Operations Centre (Incident Team) within Envoy. My main roles would consist of:• To receive and manage incident calls from customers and external companies to ensure that accurate information is provided and collected, and problems resolved or progressed.• Ensure the timely receipt and validation of all contractor invoices.• Collate Evidence and costs associated with incident response and repair for recharge to third parties and any subsequent investigations.• Timely and accurate updating of relevant information systems.• Monitors telemetry and data logger information to identify problems on pressure reduction equipment.• Communicate with engineers and other resources for planned activities such infrastructure maintenance, one off connections and fault repairs.
