I have over 20 years experience in the construction and restoration industry as a site manager, foreman, plant operator and carpenter. I have developed a multitude of related skills and have proved my ability to develop and grow professionally. I am experienced on both small and large scale construction projects working alongside other tradesmen, site workers, managers and clients. I am accomplished in working in a lead role and known to be a competent and conscientious member of a work force. I have enjoyed the diversity that site work involves. Recent work in the restoration side of the trade has encompassed working very closely with English Heritage on listed buildings requiring sensitive works and clear boundaries on listed buildings.Having served in the British Armed Forces for 12 years, I am well disciplined, methodical and an excellent team player and communicator. My forces career has provided me with sound organizational qualities and the ability to prioritise my time and that of others efficiently. Skills I have carried with me into subsequent roles and would look to further develop.
