I currently work for Rational AG where I have been in a Regional Sales Manager for 7 years. I have managed a central London patch for 3 years and 4 years in the south east.Prior to this I worked for 6 Years in the Seafood industry managing wholesale business purchasing fresh and frozen seafood and selling directly to all catering businesses.I also spent a year in the recruitment industry successfully recruiting for the semiconductor industry gaining experience head hunting and closing permanent and temporary positions.After leaving school I spent 10 years as trained chef at various establishments including franchising my kitchen and running a successful pub restaurant.In my spare time I have been DJ’ing in and around Brighton since I was 17 at local bars clubs, and have had a radio show on Codesouth.fm for over 12 years.
