As a Governor, my responsibilities are to :• Monitor Performance and delivery of Reynolds Training Services Apprenticeship Provision• Ensure that performance is being monitored against quality and compliance as stated in the ESFA Training Provider Accountability Framework, ESFA Apprenticeship Rules and Ofsted Education Inspection Framework.• Ensure that Reynolds have a live Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).• Ensure that Reynolds have a Self-Assessment Report that serves as a critical measure of performance against the Ofsted EIF.• Ensure that Reynolds has adequate Safeguarding and Prevent Duty provision, to ensure a safe and fair learning environment.• Ensure that Reynolds provides a Safer Recruitment process and ensures staff hold Enhanced DBS status.• Ensure that Reynolds have necessary Policies and Procedures in place to meet the needs of the business.

The terminals comprise 144 tanks, totalling 1.2 million m3 and are located in Gothenburg, Malmo, Sodertalje and Gavle.This transaction established Inter Terminals as the largest independent bulk liquid storage provider in Scandinavia.

Inter Terminals acquired 4 petroleum storage terminals totalling 1.7 million cubic metres in January 2012 from Dong Energy A/S, for Euro 354 Million.
