I worked as a member of the Business Insight team. My role on the team was to identify and create needed reports for the Employability contracts in the UK; when I first joined the team, we were in the process of changing our reporting tool over to Microsoft’s Power BI. I worked with a team of identified Subject Matter Experts, from various contracts to ensure the reports meet requested requirements and are accurate with previously used reporting tools. During this time I gained experience in the following areas; Completed Microsoft official course: M20778 Analysing Data with Power BI.Gained more experience with the use of Visual Studio and SSIS packagesGained experience in the use of Management StudioGained a greater exposure to SQL and experience in its use.

I worked as part of the Business Support Team, consulting with other employees in various areas of the business supporting them across different projects and contracts. This included providing statistics on numerous key performance indicators to country managers, for use in presentations to internal and external bodies. During this time I gained experience in the following areas;Experience of working as part of team communicating with employees spread across the UK.Experience of liaising with external organizations to resolve issues with systems used of different contracts.Held Online Meetings teaching partner organizations on how to use new systems for a contract we’re working together on.Working in a constantly changing environment where adapting your priorities on the fly is a must.Creating relationships with both internal and external parties.Maintaining strong lines of communication.Use of analytical and investigative skills to discover and resolve a multitude of problems.Gained an understanding of SSRS reporting with Visual Studio.

I primarily worked alongside managers on the Work Program Contract to support them and their teams with administrative duties. During this time I gained the following experiences;Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Customer Relationship Manager and its Advanced Find function.Extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft office package including Outlook.Trained as a Developer on ZAP Business Intelligence tool.Experienced in customer service both for internal teams and customers.Experience in collating information from internal teams and using that information to create reports for Senior Management and Performance Managers.Experience in analysing information received from internal teams and comparing it to reports created by ZAP and CRM plus updating reports to reflect any changes.
