I have worked within the automotive and driver training market (in various roles) virtually throughout my entire career and have been fortunate to work with most leading brands .The only time I was not in this market place was at the very start of my career. I started my career in the soft furnishing industry and before the age of 21 I had helped open up 30+ shop in shops within Debenhams stores nationwide with a forward thinking company (Sunselect Blinds) that brought high quality product but at significant cost savings for the customers. This task involved me being responsible for the recruitment and training of staff, general communications with the store management teams and meeting the sales targets.I was not passionate about the industry and I always intended to become involved within the automotive training industry alongside high performance driver training and motor racing.I consider myself fortunate to be working within an industry and business that I am passionate about and that always provides challenges to be overcome.I take pride in still looking for innovative and improved ways of communicating the training messages and this passion was the bed rock that set me on the path of forming Guidance Solutions Ltd.Along with my team of talented individuals we have, in the past, brought to market various innovative and effective software/hardware products that are used by various brands around Europe and the USA.
