Over 35 years experience, I have worked for many world leading companies in Fusion Energy, Automotive, Aerospace, Communications and Medical industries.Currently the Principal Consultant - Project Management for Europe's largest Siemens Platinum Partner. Managing projects to deliver PLM solutions across a wide range of industries for customers of all sizes. Responsible for managing the PLM Delivery Team of circa 25 consultants and leading the development of processes and procedures to support the team and to support the growth plans of the company.Prior to my current role was managing a project to deliver a PLM system for use within TATA Technologies Limited. Based on Siemens Teamcenter, I was instrumental in system justification, requirements elicitation, data model, security model architecture, workflow and process creation as well as definition of a Part Numbering scheme, Work breakdown structure and several other related processes to get to a point where the system is now deployed and being utilised on several key projects.Previously engaged as a Systems Engineering Specialist at the Culham Centre for Fusion Energy.Prior to this was a PLM Application Specialist at Airbus Cimpa Limited .Previously managing a project to deliver an Enovia V6 based FMEA system for a premium Automotive OEM and helping in the Bill of Information domain on several key projects, part releasing and part colourisation. Prior to that was a founding member of a team developing requirements management and design validation and verification tools and processes within a large automotive company and administrator of IBM Rational DOORS RM system.I am a PLM / CAE consultant who has a wealth of experience in PLM - Teamcenter, 3DX (Enovia V6) and Smarteam as well as various CAD technologies including Unigraphics NX, CATIA V5, I-DEAS and AutoCAD.
