Physical and Online End User Training and end user support managed over 2 years and a custom-built training and communication M365 Hub developed to provide regular project updates and continuous training, support, and guidance.• Project Management of large-scale Management of Change programme to 15,000 end users for SSE, the Large UK Energy provider. Successful in delivering both classroom end user training and Change Management programmes nationwide, resulting in the enablement of a fast-paced migration programme during which users were migrated to Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint. Alongside this was the management of a technical training programme to ensure the development of the clients SharePoint site was developed successfully and on time.• Adoption and Change Consultant working alongside the MTCnovo Change team as part of the privatisation of the UK probation services for London and Thames Valley.
