Working out of our offices in the North East, I advise businesses with signs of distress providing free and confidential turnaround and insolvency advice. My primary goal is to rescue as many businesses as possible with all available options explored. We are a proactive and genuinely solutions orientated practice and work closely with our professional colleagues throughout the region. Following our merger with FRP Advisory LLP in July 2017, we are now on every main bank's approved advisory panel along with numerous other regional and national lenders.I deal with all aspects of recovery and insolvency from individuals in financial difficulty to large multi-site corporate operations.I welcome the opportunity to widen our network of professionals and forge strong links with key service providers throughout the region. In addition to both personal and corporate rescue, I have particular expertise in dealing with property development projects in difficulty from dealing with initial tender processes, agreeing scope of works, issuing works contractors, dealing with building control and planning issues and maximising the value of property assets.Specialisms: retail, construction, manufacturing, alternative energy, complex CVA's, stakeholder disputes, leisure, solvent winding up and s110's.
