- Worked as Oracle Financials Functional Team Lead on project to migrate multiple businesses onto an existing 11.5.10 e-Business Suite Shared Service Centre platform. Specific tasks involve integration of Oracle Payables with the following applications: Brainware (Invoice scanning / OCR), Basware (Invoice holds management application), external banking partners.- Completed project to deliver enhanced functionality to an iSupplier portal based solution to support Government Department Welfare to Work programmes (estimated to process in excess of £3 billion of claims over a 5 year period), including an Oracle eBusiness suite upgrade from release 12.0.6 to 12.1.3. Functional Solution Architect role performed. - Completed project to integrate a third party application (Basware) into an existing 11.5.10 Procure to Pay solution for the Government Department Shared Service Centre to deliver an invoice holds management tool to manage approx. 3,000 invoices holds generated daily. Integration Functional Consultant - Accounts Payable / Purchasing role performed. Tasks included the following:- Delivery of a detailed functional design based on high level functional design provided by client. - Leading client facing meetings: Requirements Meetings, Design Workshops, Conference Room Pilots, Design Walkthrough- Prepare functional specifications for Oracle extensions, unit testing of extensions, provision of support for subsequent testing cycles- Modules utilised: Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, eBusiness Tax Manager, Purchasing, iSupplier portal, iProcurement, Teleservice- Managed tasks of functional team and attendance of weekly project management checkpoint meeting for weekly progress / issues report against detailed work plan
