I have led culture change and organizational clarity projects, overseen the development and growth of two of Slovenia's largest digital brands, and designed and executed go-to-market strategies for a high-tech telecommunications provider and SaaS start-ups. I consult and advise on GTM, value proposition definition, organizational culture, and change. Back in the day, I was part of the team that made regional media history by launching a regional MTV channel. I led a team that organized national job fairs and career events, curated digital channels for the largest national online retailer, and coordinated PR efforts for an online renting service start-up. For four years, I created an ecosystem of career-empowering content for Slovenia's leading job and career portal.I have extensive experience with change management and am fluent in digital marketing. I speak product development, HR, employee engagement, and sales. In my book, the only way to reach any goal is by activating the potential of all team members. I motivate, design processes, and am a content wiz.
