Process, order,allocate, and manage worldwide parts inventory levels for Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) producthealth issues. Roles and Responsibilities:Customer Support Representative:Production Return Order (PRO): PRO is a process to be used when out of the box End Units or Detail Unitswith no flight/ground or water hours are returned by the customer or Government.We provide services to the customer who returns the end unit for repair or upgrade of the new unit. Logistics people create the service notification in SAP upon the receipt of hardware. We create the return delivery and work with the invoicing team to issue credit memo to the customer. Working with Engineers to perform Teardown, Test and Evaluation & Determine Fault Findings. Determine pricing activities and prepare quote for the customer. Working with the Logistics team to release the unit and ship the unit back to customer.Return Material Authorization (RMA): RMA is a part of the process of returning a product in order to receivea refund, replacement, or repair during the product's warranty period.We deal with the complete Returns process which includes handling of various tasks like: Damage/Defective Part Over/Under Shipment Early Shipment Buyback/Quality Recall Change/Cancellation of OrderIn the process, we work in close contact with the customers, freight carriers (like FedEx, UPS, ExpeditorsInternational, etc.) and our internal team to resolve these issues.We also work in close contact with the Account Managers, Area Controllers, and Directors Finance for issue ofcredits depending on dollar impacting changes. We also book or de-book orders using SAP.
