Maximize profitability for the traveler, while meeting their needs in airline ticketing arrangements, hotel accommodations and care rentals. Deliver optimal results by using prior knowledge of the traveling process to anticipate and solve any issues that may arise. • Book reservations for air travel, hotel, car, rail, and ground transportation for both domestic & international travel. • Ability to research, book, and coordinate all aspects of vacation trips, including tours (group or private), cruises, airfare, hotel reservations, travel insurance, and other services as requested by the client • Price reservations according to industry practices and customer contracts and policies. • Arrange and coordinate visas, passports, and health requirements for international travelers including foreign nationals. • Follow Up , Maintains and promotes professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to telephone and email communications. This includes post trip follow-ups. • Understand and confirm all upgrades on airline frequent flier programs/ driver/ hotel stays.
