Senior Information Technology Engineer
Current• Troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues, responding with both phone and deskside support from NY office and remotely• Log calls into Call Tracking Ticket Management System ensuring incidents are escalated and closed when a resolution has been achieved• Support Windows OS and Microsoft Office • Provide support to document management tool• Utilize Active Directory as well as Networking Patching and Switches • Manage, procure, upgrade, and track firm cell phone contracts and accounts for Americas Region• Install and maintain equipment including PCs, Laptops, local and network printers, scanners, and mobile devices
