  Perform whole house evaluation on client’s home and gather information to be put in the required home energy audit.Assist with client education for energy conservation matters in home such as airflow leakage, climate control, and health and safety concerns.Test and inspect home heating systems for efficiency, proper carbon monoxide and draft flow.Be responsible for paperwork on new and existing heating/hot water heater units including pre and post test, heating system surveys, installation certification and final inspections.Recording home assessment information in preparation of work order.Provide information and data for the preparation of monthly reports for federally funded requirements.Perform in-progress inspections on all units.Supervision of crew Work with weatherization crew members in installations of materials through job completion.Responsible for completion of work being done.Responsible for all receipts of materials purchased.Responsible for vehicle maintenance,up keep and security of tools.Complete all weatherization tactics determined by the audit to make the home more energy efficient which includes:Installation of attic, crawl space, mobile home under belly insulation using fiber glass batts, or blown in insulation.Replacement on mobile home windows and doors.Insulation of home water lines using pipe wrap insulation.Installation and repairs for health and safety concerns such as gutters, downspouts, vapor barriers and carbon monoxide detectors.Air sealing home such as caulking windows, weather stripping exterior doors, crawl space hatches, attic pull down and hatches, air duct sealants, foam board and spray foam attic drop downs and pipe penetrations.Installation of energy efficient materials such as compact florescent light bulbs, sink aerators, and water saving shower heads.Purchasing material needed to complete jobs, keeping material costs low and for knowledge of all inventory and stock.Maintain a safe work environment.
