 Architected, designed, and created data load process of daily data loads from various source systems into the LAND and ODS databases utilized in executive reporting.  Developed and created ELT process utilizing metadata along with stored primary key information to move data from source system to LAND and ODS databases eliminating all other SSIS packages that had been used for the process.  The innovative process built in C# obtained the metadata by querying the master database to obtain the structure for source and target tables.  Process eliminated the need of individual data flows and source to target mappings.  Process resulted in faster deployments as well as reduced time in moving data from the source to target thereby resulting in meeting all Service Level Agreements for data loads.  Data Team lead for Converting SSIS packages to Azure Data Factory (ADF) Data team lead for converting the outdated ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 2012, to Microsoft Dynamics D365.  Architected and designed and created process to export data into flat files that could then be used to load data using the D365 ingestion engine reducing failures and improving data accuracy.  Architected, designed, and created pipelines to retrieve, process and load data from the Azure Data Lake.  Established road map for development of all new data projects.
