Responsible for managing all sales operations for the hotel, including drafting sales reports, meeting sales target, and most important estimating sales profit for products.

Responsible for all aspects of operations of the hotel and provide support to the General Manager. Assist the General Manager in his or her day to day operations. I assign duties to each department and observe their performances to ensure tasks are complete. I oversee all Sales RFPs and Group Blocks, provide training to staff and HOD’s. Monitor guest feedback, on OTA’s, Trip advisory etc. Build owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations providing solid results.

Supervising and training the front desk team, night auditor, PBX, and teams signature reservations. Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers.
