Establish a personal relationship with each student living in their community. In addition, the RA is responsible for ensuring that students are aware of campus resources, utilizing effective learning strategies, and engaging in activities designed to stimulate academic achievement and social development.

Work personally with each conference sponsor to make sure their conference or camp is a success. The Conference Coordinators arrange for appropriate staffing at the desks, check-ins, live-in staff, etc. Room assignments, building access, dining access, billing, and emergency responses are handled by your Conference Coordinator. These students supervise the Conference Desks and the Summer Conference Staff.
