Throughout my life I have been place in situations that have honed my problem solving skills and permitted me to learn required skills quickly. From being thrusted into a combat leadership position for which I had no prior experience, to devising and implementing a plan to fill a critical training requirement gap for high level special operation units deploying to Iraq and Syria, I have learned to adapt to the situation, quickly gather ideas, make a decision, and take action.I love working problems to find a viable solution. The more complex the problem, the more engaged I become. The challenge excites me and motivates me to be my best and make others around me better. I work through each process and tenaciously attack the problem until all possible solutions have been exhausted. I am not discouraged by failure and I view each shortfall as a learning opportunity and a chance to improve.Embracing problems has better prepared me for working in areas where I have little to no experience.
Listed skills include Military Operations, Operational Planning, Command, Security Clearance, and 52 others.
