This included effectively communicating any changes or delays in shipment’s schedule promptly and transparently.Developed and maintained relationships with airline carriers, co-loaders and other supporting vendors to secure advantageous rates for shipments.4. Reached out and developed relationships with overseas partners to expand company network outside of Singapore borders.5. Fostered positive relationships with customers through communicating, supporting and provision of customer service. This includes addressing customer feedback and enquiries promptly, seeking to meet or exceed expectations and to build long-term loyalty.
