Marvin Mitchell is the Founder of Compass Retirement Solutions, LLC and focuses on serving baby boomers. He is passionate about helping baby boomers avoid running out of money so that they can live the lifestyle they desire.He specializes in retirement planning, which may include the areas of 401K rollovers, IRA transfers, and retirement income protection.Marvin is an author and also host a radio show "Rethinking Retirement" that airs on 97.1 FM on Saturday's at 4 and Sunday's at 1. In 2016, Marvin was recognized as one of the top five retirement advisors in the nation by Retirement Advisor Magazine. He was also recently selected as a top St. Louis professional for Economic Empowerment and was featured on the cover of Town and Style Magazine.Marvin is a St. Louis native and graduate of Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. In addition to his passion for finances, Marvin is a speaker, coach, and trainer certified by the John Maxwell Company. He is a member of the National Ethics Bureau. He has served as a board member for United4Children and is Vice President of Leadership Development for Urban League Young Professionals of St. Louis. In his spare time, Marvin enjoys traveling to tropical locations, softball, and being involved in his local church.
