**Projects, Cloud, and Infrastructure:**- Contribute to IT system project analysis, design, and development.- Resolve infrastructure issues with best practices.- Contribute to long-term strategic IT infrastructure and application plans.- Define and enforce SLOs and SLIs for performance measurement.- Analyse system performance data, identify improvements, and optimize efficiency.**Security (Infrastructure, Endpoint, Application, Cloud):**- Harden infrastructure for confidentiality, availability, and integrity.- Establish monitoring and alert systems for performance and issue tracking.- Improve incident response through automation, playbooks, and training.- Automate tasks for efficiency and scalability.- Define infrastructure code standards and best practices.- Manage backup, recovery, redundancy, vulnerabilities, and patching.- Stay updated on security risks and apply relevant measures.- Automate OS and app patch management.- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.- Perform comprehensive vulnerability assessments and continuous monitoring.- Manage vulnerability lifecycle from discovery to validation.- Oversee endpoint security tech like Bitdefender, Sophos, Bitlocker, and Filevault.- Implement security controls for Microsoft, Linux, and Mac environments, including AD, Azure AD, and Mac security.- Manage Office 365 security, including data loss prevention and encryption.- Contribute to audit and compliance (e.g., ISO27001, PCI).- Understand AWS app security and ensure cloud apps follow best practices.- Demonstrate expertise in firewalls, routers, and access control lists.- Apply data security measures, including sensitive data control and DLP.- Enforce IAM principles for secure user access, including User Lifecycle Management.- Implement encryption and PKI for data security.- Create and maintain SOPs, user docs, and training for app security.
