As a Production Technician at the companies listed below I was responsible for the following task: Perform required maintenance on company machinery to ensure it remained operational, mix ingredients per formulation requirements, perform required cleaning and sanitizing functions in compliance with OSHA, manage and track inventory to ensure client needs were accommodated in a time sensitive fashion, order supplies for “just in time” availability, stage ingredients for usage, inoculate fermentation vessels, monitor fermentation growth, harvest fermentation, grow and package microorganisms, and produce various dairy cultures including dry blend media.
