- Greenhouse Gas Monitoring and Reporting Rule, 2021- The Global Warming Response Act:* 80X50 Report (2020); and the New Jersey Master Plan (2019)* A framework to measure and report on State emission reduction targets to achieve 100% clean energy and 80% GHG emissions reduction across sectors, including scenario modeling to 2050 and stakeholder engagement.

Launchpad. An accelerator program to scale up clean technology in developing countries. Designed and implemented a learning management system to improve program services, including design thinking workshops, to enhance ideation and collaboration amongst teams with the goal of generating key business services to support clean technology development in developing countries.

Practitioner’s Guide on Mainstreaming Knowledge Management in Project Design. Commissioned by the Global Environment Facility’s Scientific and Technical Advisory Panel (GEF-STAP). Surveyed15 stakeholders in Africa, the Caribbean and Asia and analyzed success factors, constraints and incentives to implement knowledge management in project design for inclusion in the guide.

Sustainability Performance Measurement in Small to Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs). Developed a triple-bottom-line (TBL) performance measurement optimization tool including costs/revenue, environmental impact, and social impact. Implemented 17 new processes that improved efficiency in energy, waste, and water use.

- Annual Monitoring Report. Managed reporting on the GEF $4 billion portfolio, and performed activities to streamline definitions, templates, tracking tools, and methodologies.- GEF Gender Policy. Developed a methodology to assess gender equity in 400 GEF projects.- GEF Secretariate Relations with the Conventions (annual) Report.

$4 million climate change project in Egypt. Conducted research tasks on behalf of the Steering Committeerepresenting IFAD, UNIDO, and UNEP.

GEF Small Grants Program. Reviewed projects for eligibility criteria and reported to the CEO.
