Current• Equipments worked on: Top Drive (National), Drawworks (National, Continental Emsco), Mud pumps (National), Main engines CAT (D399, D353 &D3516), Compressors (Sullair, Quincy), Shale Shakers (Swaco), Water Maker (Alfa Laval), Fuel oil separator (Alfa Laval), air operated equipments (Ingersoll Rand) and many types of pumps.• have a good background about all safety systems and programs.• Modified and change high pressure lines for kill and choke, Transocean I was the ownership and… Show more • Equipments worked on: Top Drive (National), Drawworks (National, Continental Emsco), Mud pumps (National), Main engines CAT (D399, D353 &D3516), Compressors (Sullair, Quincy), Shale Shakers (Swaco), Water Maker (Alfa Laval), Fuel oil separator (Alfa Laval), air operated equipments (Ingersoll Rand) and many types of pumps.• have a good background about all safety systems and programs.• Modified and change high pressure lines for kill and choke, Transocean I was the ownership and supervisor from A to Z in the project ( drawing , design , order parts and installation• Attend many projects (I shared in Mud pumps , Drawworks , Lay down power swivel, traveling block, and crown. made complete overhaul for these equipments& order parts). • Installation of Alfa Laval Water Maker.• Installation of 2 ea Sea Jet systems. • Carry out periodic maintenance according to the maintenance program RMS guidelines.• Plan and Maintain an adequate supply of spare Parts in order to fulfill maintenance requirements.• Sharing in Yearly Budget preparation (Quotes &PO process).• Maintain and repair mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. • Ensure that equipment failure is kept to a minimum and within contractual limits. • Ensure replacement parts are kept to an optimum level. • Maintain good communication with crew members. • Ensure planned maintenance is accurately completed. • Ensure that entries on permits, isolation tags and logs accurately reflect the current status of equipment. • Participate in the development of newly appointed team members. • Participate in training as required both on and offshore. • Regulatory compliance related to function. • Assist team in maintenance of equipment as required. • Ensure safe and efficient operations on equipment. • Ensure compliance with HSE Management System thus allowing for safe, efficient operations.
