I am a Social Media Marketing Manager linking small businesses in North Carolina to what are currently the most economical, profitable and successful marketing strategies available (they really are!). My focus on women-owned small businesses is dear to my heart. I’ve found that while most business owners are familiar with Social Media and some even understand the power of Social Media Marketing, they find that they just don’t have the time to create and maintain a comprehensive and effective Social Media Marketing campaign. This is where the rubber met the road in Customer Service. While meeting quotas, performance standards, and working 10-hour days, I was able to provide excellent customer service. My ultimate goal, always, was to serve the customer. That remains my focus.

I rose quickly through the ranks at this company dedicated to in-home surveys. I became a quality control supervisor within 2 months, a shift supervisor after another 2 months and ultimately became the sole trainer for this Logan, Utah company, developing the procedures, processes and syllabus for training company wide.My goal was to give my complete attention to my job while at work and to create an environment where a diverse employee base could thrive.
