Providing performance pathways for various different sports, including athletics through to weightlifting, linking with primary and secondary schools. Provide exit routes into sports clubs with good quality coaches. To provide access to the London youth Games biggest sporting event for youth with over 114,000 participating athletes For both beginners through to the elite training programme. With the aim to provide sport science to all talented athletes in the borough of Barking & Dagenham. After Easter looking to set up the Bardag Sports Academy Athletics Club which will be open to all. Looking for qualified Athletics Coaches that are willing to help us to raise the profile of athletics in this borough by joining our network of athletic coaches, internships welcome. Applying for funding to help sport become more sustainable and providing talented athletes with talent coaches to help them reach their full potential.This was formerly the Bardag Sports Foundation that helped to keep Barking and Dagenham in the London Youth Games.

A charity based sports foundation has been set up to ensure that the community of Barking and Dagenham enter into the London youth games. I will be in charge of collating teams and putting team managers in place, getting sponsorships and donations to ensure the children are able to get to their competitions and provide them with playing kit. I have already entered 100 participants into this year's games, and are looking to enter 18 sports ranging from cycling to handball, from Netball to swimming, this cater for Secondary age students, Organise transportation. In 2011 was awarded the borough of Barking and Dagenham Sports Coach of the Year for my contribution to netball in the boroughIn 2013 awarded the London Youth Games Jubilee Cup for making the biggest outstanding contribution to the games after setting up the charity of Bardag Sports Foundation

Taught core and GCSE PE, also help out around the school in other departments around the school, when there isa staff shortage. Take a year 7 music group. Organise a primary PE day, whereby 100 primary students come in and try out15 different sports that we offer on the curriculum. This is a good ice breaker for new year 7's that will be attending the school in the Sept. of ever several extracurricular clubs

Manage the junior section with over 100 members and assist with the senior coaching. Mentor coaches to apply for their next level of coaching award. Attend Talent Coaches breakfast clubs on a regular basis. County academy coach for Essex met. Talent identification selector for county and regional selections. Back to Netball coach. Previous England Player at U18's. Play 1st team at university level. Play regional senior level and division 1 in local league.Have attended numerous England Netball coaching workshops and am working towards level 3 coaching with UKCC. I have been working towards the club achieving Gold CAPS accreditation.

Player selection, team selection, chair of the Netball club for the last 3 years. Attended committee meetings. Handled budgets. Encouraged members to take on other committee roles. Team in 2013 became cup final winners and were promoted into division 7 of the BUCS championship league
