Mary Bruno serves as the National Director of Agency Due Diligence for JLL America’s Value and Risk Advisory business. Mary’s primary focus will be to build and run the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae due diligence piece of the business inside JLL’s Value & Risk practice, to create a unified best-in-class resource of all Agency third-party reports for our clients.

Environmental Standards Coordinator responsible for assisting the district to maintain compliance with all environmental regulatory rules and regulations. Mrs. Bruno acts as environmental management and liaison between the OCPS facilities, and federal and state environmental authorities. Mrs. Bruno is responsible for managing the Hazardous Material and Waste program, Universal Waste program, Petroleum Storage Tank program, Contaminated Sites, Spill Response and Reporting program, Wastewater Treatment Plant Permitting, and Consumptive Use Permitting for over 184 schools, 3 operations and maintenance facilities, 4 transportation facilities and several ancillary facilities. Management responsibilities include:•Develop and implement environmental strategies and action plans that ensure the districts sustainable development. •Conduct impact assessments to identify, assess and reduce the districts environmental risks and financial costs.•Promote and raise awareness, at all levels of the district, of the impact of emerging environmental issues, whether legislative or best practice, on corporate, ethical and social responsibility.•Manage the development and implementation of an environmental management system.•Negotiate environmental service agreements and manage associated costs and revenues.•Develop training programs and instruct all employees in environmental subject matter.
