Organization of all operational activities.Created and developed the programming for the delivery of services which included a wish program, Maple Leaf Garden's Survivors of the sexual assault tragedy, and supplying resources for individuals who are looking for support on various types of abuse.Responsible for media & a radio campaign that generated over $420K n GIK and cash donations over a 13 day period. Wrote the script for the radio show that assisted in the delivery of the actually 13 Days of Christmas event, managed the warehouse of goods donated and the distribution of said product.Facilitate relationships with outside agencies who utilized the services provided.

Created the first Habitat for Humanity Durham office & ReStore location. Together with our team, we grew this charity from its humble beginnings to a MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR ORGANIZATION, leaving a legacy of over 400 potential building lots for affordable home development and 3 ReStore locations. Invited to be a part of Habitat for Humanity US's President's Advisory Council and was also invited to be on the US Assessment Team that helped affiliates across US grow capacity.

Creating life long memories through the experience of a wish for children with life threatening illnesses. Managed a complement of 4 - 500 volunteers who would help to facilitate wishes for children and helped direct those volunteers to ensure they were making the best wish experiences possible. Helped to create and develop the outreach program of activities for families to participate in that included trips to private movie screenings to Christmas Parties at Cullen Gardens. Some of these activities had 500 + people attending.Recognition program development and delivery.IT supervision and implementation of hardware and software equipment & systems. Created training and processes for accurate use of information. Wrote the policy and procedures for the organization to adhere to standards.
