▪ Direct oversight of the North America team comprised of 25 staff members. Liaise with Investment Managers and Custodians to support institutional account transitions. Coordinate tasks with internal State Street departments to ensure proper account set up and configuration. Support client conversion and testing initiatives.

Responsible for owning the day to day aspects of the enterprise client relationship. Serve as client liaison to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of information between the company and the client. Manage various types of accounts including Independent Broker Dealers, Asset Managers, Insurance Broker Dealers, and Bank Broker Dealers. Work with clients to provide services including money manager outsourcing, custodial support, investment advisory services, wholesaling, trading, and platform technology.
