Common Goal USA is the US 501(c)(3) branch of the global network Common Goal (www.common-goal.org) which aims to unite the global football/soccer community to tackle the greatest socialchallenges of our time. My role is to cultivate, steward, and grow the Common Goal network across North America and the Caribbean, including all types of soccer and community stakeholders who share in the common purpose of harnessing the power of the global game for good.

E-Motion, Inc. (https://www.emotion-mc.org/) is on a mission to ensure all people have access to the power of community, movement, and ritual to enhance coping and build resilience. It provides programming for grieving individuals and grief literacy training for organizations, communities and teams.

Coaching Peace (https://coachingpeace.com/) believes that we can create a more balanced and peaceful community when we create cultures that support safety, empathy, belonging, seek understanding, and value the whole person.

Exited my role as Executive Director, remaining a strategic leader and advocate for the organization as Co-Founder during a period of overlap and transition with the incoming ED.

Soccer Without Borders uses soccer as a vehicle for positive change in the USA and internationally. Our holistic, team-based model combines soccer with educational support, civic engagement, and cultural exchange to provide under-served youth with a toolkit for growth, inclusion, and personal success. Soccer Without Borders specifically engages newcomer refugee, asylee, and immigrant youth, using the powerful hook of soccer to facilitate positive on and off-field outcomes, demonstrated by our 95% high school graduation rate, which is more than 30% above the national average for newcomers. We also have a strong focus on getting girls in the game who wouldn't otherwise have access, addressing economic, cultural, and social barriers to participation.
