I have been a therapist for over a decade and enjoy working with teens, young adults, and families. I am queer and neurodivergent affirming and identified. I have significant experience working with people who have anxiety, depression, a self harm history, challenges with family dynamics, and chronic/terminal illness. A special interest of mine is grief and I have even trained as a death doula. I love hearing people's stories and using narrative therapy to help bring their stories out. I am trauma informed and in the process of getting certified in brainspotting. I oftentimes incorporate games into therapy. This can be as simple as playing uno while we talk to playing through a D&D campaign in either individual or family therapy. I also run gaming groups that use various game systems. Games that I feel most comfortable leading are Dungeons and Dragons, Kids on Bikes, Wanderhome, and Thirsty Sword Lesbians. Therapy with me can look a little different with me compared to traditional talk therapy, but I strive to connect with my clients on their level. I consider my clients to be the experts of themselves and I am a guide leading them down the paths that they have chosen.
