As an HR Compliance Specialist, I apply my knowledge and skills in federal, state, and local labor law compliance to support my company's employees in various employment-related areas. I work with a team of experienced HR professionals to create a positive and efficient environment for both internal and external stakeholders.I am also pursuing my Juris Doctor degree at American University Washington College of Law, where I have developed a strong interest in employment and labor law as well as corporate compliance and governance. Additionally, I hold a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph's University where I also studied organizational behavior. I have certifications in Talent Acquisition and Strategic Planning along with a LexisNexis certification in Legal Research.My goal is to combine my academic and professional backgrounds to become an effective and ethical advocate for workers' rights and social justice. I have demonstrated my abilities in resume review, employee relations, benefits administration, and payroll processing through my previous roles, where I was involved in recruiting, training, and employee relations.
