Working to ensure the success of the Biomanufacturing program at MiraCosta College by building strong bonds with the local biotech community.MiraCosta College will be one of the first community colleges in California to grant bachelor's degrees. Beginning in 2017 students will be able to major in Biomanufacturing. In addition to providing an affordable education, this program will provide a stream of talented employees for the Southern California Biotech industry.

Newly created position to ensure Boston Scientific's ability to launch new products post a consent decree. Establish vision and recruited team to develop Sales and Operations Planning process focusing on early risk notification of excess, obsolete and product shortfalls. Created and firmly established the Life Cycle Management process encompassing a governing board and analysts to drive appropriate end of product life actions saving millions in inventory investment and management overhead.
