Administrative Coordinator
Current- Provide administrative support to family and consumer science, agronomy, and youth development agents and nutrition educator at Acadia Parish LSU AgCenter Extension Office
- Serve as social media and marketing manager for the Acadia Parish 4-H Youth Development Program by managing and coordinating posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Remind and generating flyers and other marketing materials.
- Assist in the management of financial accounts for both agronomy and youth development.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as answering phone, maintaining office equipment, mailing, copying, faxing, filing, and scanning. Maintain calendars, coordinating extensive appointments, meetings and travel
- Maintain the booking and scheduling of the AgCenter’s conference rooms to the public
