Responsible for directing, coordinating, and/or performing highly sensitive and confidential executive administrative and project management support work for the University President. Extensive calendaring, meeting scheduling, public interface, written communication, minute taking, website updates, and policy interpretation and updates.

College Of Natural Resources & Sciences

Provided senior administrative support to the Dean of the College. Independently performed a variety of administrative and analytical duties, including academic recruitments, conference and special event planning, commencement coordination, and extensive calendaring. Supervised and coordinated the staff and oversaw the general operation of the Dean's Office.

Provided administrative support to the department chair and faculty. Served as first point of contact for students. Managed the department budget, implemented class scheduling, coordinated course evaluations, and managed departmental website. Produced alumni newsletter and correspondence.
