I have recently been promoted to Associate Director and am working on acclimating that role. My responsibilities and main focus is care management for our clients. Care management includes setting up required services for our clients, monitoring their progress as they work on their requirements, providing support as they work on their treatment goals, and assisting client's in completion of their program. I also supervise the Care Team and the daily operations in the main office.
