CurrentAs a dedicated Corporate Partnership Manager at Genesys Works, I am entrusted with driving forward the organization's mission through the strategic cultivation and management of corporate partnerships. In this capacity, I navigate the realms of relationship building, goal attainment, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the success of Genesys Works' core high school internship program and college working alumni program.Working in close collaboration with the Executive Director, I am responsible for designing and implementing robust client strategies that guarantee maximum impact and foster long-term partnerships. My proficiency in managing and nurturing corporate relationships serves as the cornerstone of my role. A key driver of my success lies in my ability to increase the overall number of internships across diverse client portfolios. This achievement is fueled by seamless collaboration with the Program Team, where ongoing strategy meetings ensure that account strategies, events, and systems updates are optimized to deliver exceptional results. Moreover, my engagement extends to the proactive support of Program Coordinators in client stewardship and efficient management of corporate-side intern processes through regular account management meetings.I am committed to nurturing senior-level executives and champions within each corporate partner, fostering relationships that facilitate a deeper and more impactful collaboration.
