Working in Beyondsoft Company from 2009/3/16 till now as a software tester for Silverlight. I test Silverlight on different language OS (such as xp, Windows 2000,vista, win7 and Mac) and different browser(such as IE, Firefox, Safari and Chrome). Main testing it with functional test, leak memory test and semi-automatic test (such as AppVerify Test and Truscan Test), then analyzing test results to find some regression bugs, and then sending analyzed report to the whole silverlight team. I am responsible for leading several people to start semi-automatic testing and then sending test report to the project managers. I also train new employees to be familiar with the basic knowledge of the Silverlight and train them how to start to work in testing Silverlight. I also help them to solve some difficult problems they came across and help leader to do team daily work such as sending sign off testing report about some test pass.
