Responsible fully HR functions with around 150 employees in Careray’s headquarter and subsidiary company in China.Take responsibility of recruiting for oversea subsidiary companies in US & India for sales, marketing ，R&D engineer，tech support & production positions.Establish HR policy according to the company strategy.Evaluate & improve HR policies framework system to ensure that HR process are kept and relevant, consistent in line with locally relevant laws，regulation as well as company business requirement.◇ Talent Acquisiton & DevelopmentDevelop strategic talent acquisition solution via multiple recruitment channels, recruiting and interview.Formulate and implement Employee Development Career Path project.◇ Performance Management:Buildup performance management system and implement KPI management process that combine with the incentive plan.Handle employee assessment and 1 on 1 talking.Review and improve the performance management system.◇ C&B:Payment administration &Benefit Design.Local salary survey, review salary structure.Update and improve related bonus plan for sales team, R&D team and factory worker to make it more competitive and meet the development of business.◇ Training &developmentDesign annual training plan according to company and employee development demands to meet the ISO13485 requirement.In charge of training procedure and training activities.◇ Corporate CultureRelated operations to employee relationship.Organize team building activities.Improve office environment.◇ Admin work and vendors sourcing & administration ，department control.Main achievements.• Set up R&D center, 13% PhDs, 65%Masters, for hardware, software, mechanical, Algorithm, Integration automation, process, data analysis and physics，and 50% High level Managers position in recruiting.• Sales incentive plan and implementation.• Employee development career path project.
