The dispatcher and service department is essentially the hub of a utility based company. My daily task included organizing and maintaining the steady flow of service calls and installations of cable. With a crew of about 30 technicians on a daily bases it was a daunting task. The corporation made one more decision to move us to Boilingbrook, Il. I had to make the tough decision to leave the company due to travel, expenses, the commute, etc.
