This included participating in the building of a 1.5MW pilot facility within 4 months.● Developed outsourced manufacturing and supply chain strategy leveraging the cost benefits of working with specialists while reducing time to market.● In collaboration with suppliers (global manufacturers of materials and engineered structural components) and applying lean principles and cost sensitivity, designed high volume manufacturing lines. Process flow, in-line measurement and test and inventory management steps were validated with pilot scale lines.
